The Drill Through is not working on my "Details" Tab.
I added all the fields like Year, Month, Full Name, Book Name to Drill Through , but when selecting a student in the tab "students review" , right-click - drill through - details , my matrix is empty. but in the filters drill through however, i can see the results. what am I doing wrong?
anybody can help? thank you 🙂

@bleepnik I finally solved my problem myself. As you saw correctly, there was another filter applying on the matrix. this filter was transmitted when doing the sync. I had to delete the schoolyear data sliceer on the filter tab and create a new one. After this change, the drill-through worked correctly. yeah 🙂 somehow rebooting or start from "scratch" again helps.
Hi, elyne. You seem to have a couple more filters than I do. After going through this lesson, my filters look like this:
So what happens if you remove the "Included(1)" filter from your list? It could be that there are no loans to display that fulfil all the selected criteria?
Hi @bleepnik
thanks for your help.
Do you mean to change the "keep all filters" toggle? to off? this does not change anything.
if I change the filters on tab "Details" after having selected a student or book on tab "student review" , I see the filtsr on tab "details" but no results on the matrix. only if I delete the filters (ex.category bookname, year, name etc. the matrix shows results. but that is no drill-through result anymore.

Sorry for the confusion. If you look at your screenshot, you have two additional filters that I don't. So I suggested that maybe those additional filters are preventing results from showing. If you remove the filters and then the results show, then it means that no results fulfil all the filter criteria. In that case, I'd suggest selecting a different student, or different filters. Another thing you can try is adding a record to the table that you know for sure fulfils all the criteria of the filters, and then that should show up.
[Edit] Thanks for the update! I can't figure out how to delete my message so please disregard. Glad you got it sorted. 😊
