In the 23rd days of flows we'll look at the high-value of sending data from Dynamics Sales to Teams. Using the Bing and Teams connectors we drive targeted information out to field representatives who are visiting our customers.
Hindsight notes:
1.Use account numbers rather than phone numbers to ensure accurate map data, and
2. Use the account website for the more info button so that they don't need access to Dynamics forms/views.
