I highlight my Desk Reservation system template built in Power Apps. This is a mobile based app that lets you book a desk and/or office space and keep track of your reservations. This template could be used for many different scenarios like:

I've updated the template with the following bug fixes and new features:

✅ Fixed time zones issues

✅ Optimized time dropdowns with the sequence function

✅ Added functionality to manage desks in app

✅ Added the ability to restrict the calendar to only allow bookings within a given range

Hi April - Thanks for this great app. I am having an issue with the Floorplans URL, when i select it all that comes up is a blank page. Is there a specific file type / size that is required? The Floorplans are in a document folder under the site.  Thanks in advance.

Hi April, thanks for the app , found it very helpful. Ive used the template to book hot-desks and added a function for booking parking at same time, I’ve been asked if I can set the number if available parking slots or desks, I’m wondering if you would have an idea on how I could do this. On the dashboard page I currently show number of desks booked for that day and car parking spots.

Thank for your great template, i have the issues need you help:

For the picture of desks in the office, i store it in SharePoint document and share to Desk list, that it JPG file but it can't show on the Phone or Tablet devices, it will blur when user click to see the desk. how can i solve that problem ?

1. How can we select the day like Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday ,Thursday and just allow for user book only one desk for one day? For current templet, user can book multi days with more than two desks but that the system will note that user use two desks during that time they book so another user don't have more desk to book.

Please help to share your solution to fix my issues.

@fajr365 , Check the field heading for the Map Link field in your Desks list.  Mine was set to Maplinkl and it needs to be "Map Link".  Once I changed that the floor plans started showing up.

The layout of desks i can see when open by Edge or Chrome on laptop but it doesn't so by App on Phone .

Hi @aprildunnam ,

How can we adjust to book half day? Current template just book whole day, if i select Desk1 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM so Desk1 doesn't available to book from 11:30AM to 5:00PM, How can we do that?
