Are you using a different version?

I have tried everything and not able to get around the error "Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata failed:  The method 'UserPhotoMetadata' has an invalid value for parameter 'userID'.  
Tried installing the Shoutout multiple times and still get this error.

Help!
