What is the syntax for the Item field when using dynamic inputs for Site Address and List Name?

I have tried "Title": "My title" but that does not work.

I'm not sure you can use dynamic inputs for the Site Address and Listname.  The connector has to be established when the flow is created and must be tied to a specific Site and List.

The integer ID of the item in SharePoint goes in the ID field.

What goes in the Item field?

The hint text says "Item with changed properties".

Are you saying I should put the ID in the ID field and the Item field?

Where do I put the updated field values?

Ok, I was challenged by the question and found that there is a way to do it if you know the field names you are changing.  The key was to build out the Item for the list in JSON.  Here's a working sample.

In my case, I was using a choice field, but I had to alter my JSON syntax in the Item description area as:

"Sent_to_Client_Library": {
"Value": "SENT"
}
}

Sent_to_Client_Library was the column name in the SharePoint library.  The desired value of the column was "SENT".

This comment right here was the exact answer I was looking for. Very helpfull, thank you.
Also I noticed that it has been answered for Choice and Multichoice column but since I used a custom view with grouping if I only supplied the Value it would update it but something was not quite right. So in my compose action while building my JSON I also supplied the odata type, the Id and the value to be sure it works 100%
Hint: When trying to specify "@odata.type" because Power Automate thinks you are trying to reference something, use the expression tab and input it as a string('@odata.type') that way it will accept it. (As you can see in my screenshot)
