Update an existing SharePoint list with separate Microsoft Form

Good day, everyone.

I came across this roadblock where I tried constructing 2 automation flows within a Solution.

Flow 1:
1. User types into a user-specific Microsoft Form and a new item is created into a SharePoint list, assigned with a UniqueID.

 

The idea is that an email with the unique ID will be sent to another department for reference. The other department would adhere to flow 2.

Flow 2:

1. Type in the Unique ID within the Form and fill up the remaining blanks. 

2. The Unique ID would then be used to Filter Query and find a specific item in the list.

@Anonymous the way you have your filter query it doesn't know which column it's querying. So your filter query needs to be in the format ID eq 'UniqueID'

Thank you for your help, Rob.

I've tried your suggestion and the flow runs successfully. However, it does not find the UniqueID entered in the form to modify a specific item with said UniqueID. I'm sure it's something obvious but I really can't figure this out.

Any form of help is much appreciated. Cheers.

@Anonymous you've still not got the filter query correct, it should be like the image below with the dynamic content inside single quotes. For info
eq = equal to
ne = not equal to
gt = greater than
ge = greater than or equal to
lt = less than
le = less than or equal to

Thank you very much for your help, Rob. I've figured out the issue. 

The second flow is constructed as follows:

The Filter Query in Get Items should be filled with "Column Name" eq 'UniqueID', where Column Name is dependant on the actual Column Name in the SharePoint list

Which means that the Get Items singles out the item with the UniqueID typed into the Microsoft Forms by referring to the Column content (in this case the Column Name is UniqueID, since I named it as such in SharePoint list).

If the SharePoint List's column is "ID", then to filter out a single item with the ID from a form (denoted as UniqueID, from Get Response Details action), the filter query should include ID eq 'UniqueID'
