Add additional Filter to code not working

I have a gallery that has this on the items property 

SortByColumns(
Filter(
CRM_Docs,
'Folder path' = varFolderPathCurrent,
'Folder path' = varFolderPathCurrent

),
"{IsFolder}",
SortOrder.Descending,
"{Name}",
SortOrder.Ascending
)

I need to add an additional filter to only show documents for the varCustomerName.  The code above works great but shows everyones documents.

I have tried every possible combonation to try to get this to work as expected

SortByColumns(
    Filter(
        CRM_Docs,
        And(
            'Folder path' = varFolderPath,
            Doc_Account.Value = varCompanyName
        )
    ),
    "{IsFolder}",
    SortOrder.Descending,
    "{Name}",
    SortOrder.Ascending
)

No matter what I do, it breaks the code nothing shows and it is not filtering, I cannot figure out why this is not working

its 12 so not a lot but it is still not working

Hi @Dorinda ,

The limit applies to all items in the entire library. Are you sure you only have 12 items in your library? Just from the looks of your screenshots you have at least 8 folders and 4 documents in there which already amounts to 12 items.

Any reason why you are using the variable? Just do something like this. 

SortByColumns(
Filter(
CRM_Docs,
'Folder path' = varFolderPathCurrent,

Account = Combobox1.Selected.Title

),
"{IsFolder}",
SortOrder.Descending,
"{Name}",
SortOrder.Ascending
)

If you have to use Multiselect, then do

SortByColumns(
Filter(
CRM_Docs,
'Folder path' = varFolderPathCurrent,

Account in Combobox1.SelectedItems.Title

),
"{IsFolder}",
SortOrder.Descending,
"{Name}",
SortOrder.Ascending
)

it is set to the default of 500

It's only one of two things, your variable for the folderpath isn't matching, or you have more than 500 documents in the library. It's not how many return or in a single folder it's how many are in the entire library. So if these documents were documents 1000-1012, it would never see them to match the path to. Need to verify how many actually documents are in the entire library first. You can edit / create a view and change the "folder limit" section to show all items without folders to get an idea of how many documents are in there. Or on the library settings page, if you have a bunch of items it'll give you a bar at the top showing how many of 5000 are there as well. 

If you don't have 500 in the whole library, then need to compare the path to the actual path variables and make sure they are actually matching, you can hover over the varpath variable and get what is in there it'll show you, or make a lable on the screen with that variable as the text to get the text and make sure it's matching the same values for the 'Folder path'

Yup did that and it matches

It's a common technique used to work around delegation issues.
