Displaying data in a table format

Hello PowerApps community,

I wish to display a table based on the response from the PowerFlow in a Canvas app.

Currently, the flow I am using looks like:

The apply to each flow takes parsed JSON data and creates a string of all the ingredients based on an image of the food plate.

Finally the following string is returned to the PowerApp

However what I need is a data table like this shown in the Power app (not excel)

PS: I have tried collections but somehow it did not served my purpose. What do you think is the best way to do this? Also, Can we only return string/Boolean from flow to the powerapps?

@Pstork1 Hello Sir, this question is probably the closest one to mine but I could not find answer anywhere else. I would highly appreciate if you could help me. I have a SharePoint List with many columns, some are single text, some are multiple text, choices, number, date etc. In my powerapp, if I connect this SharePoint list direct as a data source, I can use it as data source to my "data table". Columns and all other data perfectly shows. But due to the reason that I dont want end users to have access to this sharepoint list, I want to bring the information thru a flow. 

Attached is the screenshot for my flow. 

And I use this function on a button's onselect property: 

ClearCollect(DataTableSource2, '2_PowerApp->Getitems'.Run())

As you can see in screenshot, data table does not recognize the columns. My SharePoint has like person column, which as DisplayName, Email etc. So just like connecting the SP List directly, I want all fields of objects etc to be available for data table to use. Please help this is really urgent. Thank you

@Pstork1 I can privately send you the result of my Get Items if you need.

And as you can see in screenshot, i can use the same data I used in gallery (the upper one) in data table (lower one) but it does not show more than one column, whereas I want it recognize the columns automatically just in the same fashion that it would do it in direct connection to sharepoint as data source.

Hello @Pstork1 here is the link Sir. Thank you in advance. My goal is to be able to get all data across, so that I can even do thisitem.manager.email, i mean like an object. I.e. possibly same functionality if i were to add sharepoint directly as a data source rather than bringing it in with a flow. But if it is not possible to bring it over with full functionality via flow, other methods are also appreciated. Thanks again
