Filtering a Gallery SPL

Hi there, I have been in trouble trying to figure this formula:

I need to filter my gallery and I need to search for a value entered in my text input control

Currently I have two text input controls

1 Search for a value in Column A

2 Search for a value in Column B

I would like to have the second text input to search in two columns without delegation warning.

This is my current formula:

Oppss, forget to mention that the column that I need to search is a people column is SPL.

Assuming you mean that Column B is the people column...

Are the two columns and textinputs already in your formula, or is this something you are adding?

i.e. Is DisplayN Column A and RegisteredO Column B??

Hi, thank you very much for your prompt response.

DisplayN and RegisteredO are two columns in my SPL. and I need to search also in a People column.

Currently I have 2 textinput control one for DisplayN and the other for RegisteredO.

Sounds good.  So are you planning then just a plain textinput control for the person search?  Email or DisplayName?

If textinput and display name, then your formula would be:

Hi @RandyHayes , thank you very much. Unfortunately after implementing this formula I got an empty gallery. It seems like is looking but only for the user person column.

Sorry is my bad for such a terrible explanation of my issue. Here you go again:

I need to search in my gallery for values that are currently in 3 different columns.

DisplayN

RegisteredO

User.

I am able to search for the first two using two different textinput controls.

To search for DisplayN I am using TextInputByUser

To search for RegisteredO I am using TextInputByOwner

I would like to use TextInputByOwner also and search for User "People" column in my SPL.

Okay, so the formula I provided should give you what you want.

What is your formula looking like at this point?

Hi Randy. It seems like the formula is trying to search for a value. In my user "people" column I only have a single value for now and that is the item that is in my gallery. All of the items are not visible. 

Sorry it is weird to me. I guess all the items in my database should be visible in my gallery and if I am looking for any value in my DisplayN, RegisteredO or User the gallery should make the filter process no?

Just so I'm understanding...are you stating that if you search/filter for nothing, the gallery shows nothing - and you would expect it to show everything?

And, when actually specifying some search/filter information, then the Gallery should show results based on that?

Well. in my initial formula I have all the records in my gallery sorted descending by "EndDate". After applying your formula I got no records in the gallery.
