Filtering a Gallery

Hello,

Im trying to filter a gallery and i dont know how i should do it. 
I have to filter this gallery in 2 ways
Firstly i have a column
"Aufgabe"
logical Name: "post_aufgabe"
where the date is shown. I need that filtered in such a way that only the records show up from today and yesterday.
Secondly i need another Filter with the columns 
"Frankiert"
Logical name: "post_frankiert"
which is a choice column and i need that filtered to the specific choices of "frankiert"
After all of that it has to be sorted by "Nr. " in a Descending way.

All i need is how i can make this happen without any problems of delegation or is it even possible to do it without delefation.

 "Nr." is the Column Name in your DataSource?

If Yes, please try this:

Sort(
 Filter(
 DataSource,
  Aufgabe = Today() || Aufgabe = DateAdd(Today(),-1),
  Frankiert = Frankiert(DataSource).frankiert
 ),
 Nr.
)

Thx for the answer @v-hanytian-msft ,

my problem is that an Error is occuring becaue of the Frankiert function you used. It seems to be not recognizing the function or it doesnt support it.

Is there a other way to solve it?

1. Filtering by Date (post_aufgabe): To filter by the "post_aufgabe" column for today and yesterday without delegation issues, you can create two separate variables to hold the date values for today and yesterday. Then, use these variables in your gallery's filter condition.

   In the Items property of your gallery, you can use the following formula to achieve this:

Filter( YourDataSource, post_aufgabe >= Today() - 1 && post_aufgabe <= Today() )

This formula filters the records where the "post_aufgabe" date is greater than or equal to yesterday and less than or equal to today.

• Filtering by Choice Column (post_frankiert): To filter by the "post_frankiert" choice column without delegation issues, you can use the In function to filter records that match specific choices.

  In the same Items property of your gallery, add another condition for the "post_frankiert" column:

Filter( YourDataSource, post_aufgabe >= Today() - 1 && post_aufgabe <= Today() && post_frankiert in ["frankiert"] )

This formula filters the records that meet both the date condition and the "frankiert" choice condition.

• Sorting by "Nr." in Descending Order: You can add a sort function to your formula to sort the filtered results by the "Nr." column in descending order:

Delegation refers to pushing the data filtering and processing to the data source instead of retrieving all data and filtering it in Power Apps. If you find that your data source doesn't support delegation for these conditions, you might need to consider optimizing your data source or fetching and processing data in batches to avoid delegation issues.
