I'm creating a receipt log so that our guys can take pictures and upload that into SharePoint. I have a gallery with approximately 40 to 60 items displayed at a time as I am filtering the information. I created a button which connects with Flow to create a file of said data that spits it out into a HTML file. The problem I am having is that within the table, not all the data shows. UNLESS I scroll to the bottom of the gallery. If I were to scroll to the bottom, then I pick up all of the data. I tried looking for a possible solution where, when the user clicks on the button, the gallery scrolls to the bottom before running OR they have to hit the bottom of the gallery before the button is to appear. This way I don't lose any data. Any help is appreciated.

I may have found an alternative solution.
I created a duplicate gallery, changed the min from 168 to 1.
Now, the table in itself is not very pleasing to look at (but it holds all of my data records), so I made that gallery visability set to false and vuala.
Then changed the HTML to view the not so pretty looking gallery and that seemed to have worked. I just need to make sure to remember, if I were to change anything, to remember there is a hidden gallery.
Hopefully someone can look into this, but this workaround will work.
Again, what's acting strange is that the first column (ID) is the only thing that doesn't show. All other data variables are visible. By (ID) not showing, it was throwing my table off (as shown above). I had originally started with the (Date of Purchase) as the first column, thinking it might have been it. But even me using the (ID) column, it did not change anything.
I did verify that #3 was still showing the data incorrectly.
The fact that #2 had the correct number of commas, that's because I was only looking for the column (ID). For some reason, the system negates the first column, yet still produces the information afterwards.
Are you doing any calculations or lookups in your Gallery items? Also, if not, have you looked at your app settings? Perhaps the app rendering option?
I am doing a filters....
SortByColumns(Filter(Receipts, User().Email='Created By'.Email, Status.Value in "Verified", Dropdown2.Selected.Value = StatementMonth.Value), "Date_x0020_of_x0020_Purchase",If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))
again, as long as I scroll down to the bottom of the filter, it works....otherwise i'm missing data.
So this is a totally different screen than your first picture. Is this to say that you are having this symptom on all of your galleries?
If so, I would uncheck the App Rendering option and see if that has any impact.
I turned off app rendering and I still have the same issue. I was hopeful that would have solved it, but unfortunately it didn't.
The first image is the output and the second image is that of the app. I don't know if this is happening on all of my galleries as I only have one entry 'February' for the moment. Though it is happening for another user (when the gallery is filtered to his name).
Let me get it straight...
If you view the Gallery list and don't scroll, then initiate your Flow, the resultant HTML is missing information.
If you view the Gallery list and DO scroll to the bottom, then initiate your Flow, the resultant HTML is complete.
Is that correct?
If so, then I would say there is an issue with what you are sending to Flow. Perhaps sending to Flow a list of ID's and let Flow do the lookup and work rather than trying to send what you have in PowerApps completly in to Flow.
You are correct...
I removed all the fluff and just viewed the output of ID's and it is still acting the same way. Therefore, flow wouldn't work because the data is not rendering correctly.
But it is weird because it shows the commas as to say, I know there is data, but I am not going to show it!
So, I've seen your Filter formula, what is your formula where you call Flow? What are you passing?
Here is the OnSelect button: Submit Statement
PowerAppsbutton.Run(HtmlText1.HtmlText)
Here is HtmlText:
"<!DOCTYPE html>

border-collapse: collapse;
width: 100%;
}

text-align: left;
padding: 8px;
}
tr:nth-child(even) {

}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<h2>Receipts - " & User().FullName & " <br>Total: (" & Statement_CountItems & " items "& Statement_Value & ")</h2>
<h1><div align='center'>" & Statement_Month &"</div></h1>
<table>
<tr>
<th>ID</th>
<th>Date of Purchase</th>

&
Concat(BrowseGallery1_2.AllItems, "<tr><td>" & Statement_ID & "</td><td>" & Statement_Date & "</td><td>" & Statement_Vendor & "</td><td>" & Statement_Desc & "</td><td>" & Statement_Amount & "</td><td>" & Statement_JobNumber & "</td></tr>")

&
"
</body>
</html>"
Okay, so you're building the HTML on the PowerApps side, not in Flow.
So, for the HtmlText1 control, does it have the complete HTML in it, or is it missing the data as well?
