The comments field is at the bottom and I've added a text input on top of it. What should I enter into the settings or what code should I use to make sure that the text/comments a user enters is saved to each record when someone clicks on the record in the SharePoint list and also so that the comments are displayed in the approval notification in my workflow to the approver?

Currently I have this formula on the Visible property.

Thank you! This was also very helpful and worked 👍, I was still able to submit the form without the division field indicating the field was required before I could submit which was weird. The field itself on SPO is set to required and within the form. Trying to figure that out, I don't see it being a huge deal but I'm just not sure.
First - The Items property of the dropdown is 'List Name'...what column from 'List Name' are you displaying in the dropdown?
Next - The reality is, validating your form should be done in the form itself instead of a long series of conditions like we did on the visible property of the button. The button visibility should be based on yourForm.Valid. So, the logic for each column being required and being set to values should come from the Valid properties of each datacard. Valid is based on the Required property and the result of the Update property of each datacard.
This is not a - "Woah, stop, you gotta do it this way!" It's more of an FYI for the future. The more things you need to validate in the Form, the harder these formulas are to maintain. Putting the conditions directly in the form is a more manageable approach.
Sure in the Items property of the dropdown I only have it set to 'List Name' and the value is set to the "Division Name" column. I don't have anything set to required on that list.

I asked about the items and the column because it was just driving me nuts using the SelectedText proeprty in my replies to you. It is a deprecated property and should not be used, but I needed to know the column name from the items property.

Definitely I remembered what you mentioned previously about the SelectedText and thank you for your guidance on that again. At the moment everything is working well enough even though I have a few more minor questions that I think would help tighten the form further. I wish I could take a class with you or something. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
