How to display particular user value from SP List to powerapps Forms

Hi,

I have a SP list Like follwing,

Name	Department
Dhinesh	Java
Rajan	Android

Now i want to display my record only to display into a PowerApps form.

Her what i gave into a Form Data source,

Filter(List, Name.DisplayName=User().FullName)..

But not displaying a values into form.

Hoe to display my values form list into forms?

If you want to display whole list why are you using filters?
Can you share your SharePoint list fields name and datatype?

If you want to just see it. Insert a gallery and give data source as your list. You will be able to see all of the data. if you want to edit and add the data. You need Gallery + Form. Gallery to choose which record you want to edit. and form to edit or add data. Tell me if you need any more help.

Hi @Dhinesh28R ,

Do you want to show detailed information of logged user in a form? 

If yes, try to use LookUp function instead of Filter function, since Filter function returns a table but LookUp function returns a record. 

So, set DataSource property of your form to:

YourListName

And set Item property of your form to:

LookUp(List, Name.DisplayName=User().FullName)

I don't want a whole list. I just want to display who logged in display their records only into a form.

Without gallery shall we display directly on the form? Is it possible?

Insert a form on your screen.

Go to OnStart property of your app:

and write this:

Set(varID,LookUp(ListName,Lower(User().Email)=Lower('Mitaja Email'),ID))

This will set current users id in variable named varID at the start of the application.

Go to your form. Provide list name in datasource property.

Go to form's item property:

Wrrite this:

LookUp(ListName,ID=varID)

This will set form to view current user's detail from your list.

In lookup its getting correct values. But its do not showing values in a TextInput.
