Powerapps deploy strategy to multiple departments and users in company

we need to deploy powerapps app and sharepoint as datasource to multiple countries / departments (~30-50) and multiple users (~10-100 per department).

What is powerapps deploy strategies, where i could get more information concerning this?

My issues how to make it fast, easy and automated, not manually.  And what's happening if we edit app or SP list, not to repeat this process again.

PowerApps does not require a distribution method other than Sharing.  If you Share the app with everyone, then all will have it.  If you need to share to groups, this can be done (as long as they are security enabled groups).

Once an app is shared, it will appear in the PowerApp player for all users that it was shared with. 

If you choose, you can also provide a URL to the app in some form and then users can simply click on that to play the app.

Your other challenges will be on the sharing of the datasources (SharePoint). You will need to share those sources separately.  PowerApps sharing does not set sharing on the datasources.

@RandyHayes  thanks for explanation, but is it good architecture to have one app with one data source and all its resources for enterprise all over the world?

Is not better practice to manage this in some way with solutions, environments or similar for each country and so one?

Also would not like that for example the one country would be able to see data in sharepoint from another country.

Well, some of those answers are more specific to your data, sharing, access and other policies that you might have outside of the PowerApp world.

PowerApps is simple though and should be kept simple for best results.  Certainly consider another environment for your app in general, thus to break out of the default environment.  But, this is only to isolate it out of the default - which I call the sandbox.  

However, if your enterprise system is global, then one app and one datasource can suffice just fine.  Just make sure your app is accounting for any time zone differences if applicable. 

I find that splitting apps to be the same function, but with slight variations for other departments is only a headache in the long run.  It is better, if possible, to incorporate the differences into the app and account for the department within the app itself - much easier to maintain.
