Have a SharePoint list with 15 columns. This "one" record needs to be updated throughout the week. Created a Form in SharePoint using Power Apps. Once the records are created, members will select their department (5 departments, 5 records per week) and click "Edit" to update the other columns..
Because of the number of columns, I have multiple screens (with forms) . How can the multiple forms be submitted to this one data source? Do you have an example of a formula?

I have tried this for my scenario, two forms, one list, one screen. It does not work. I have even tried directly updating the glbCurrentItem properties and the master form doesn't pick up the changes. In fact, when I try and update the glbCurrentItem, it doesn't seem to pick up any change made.
I created a simple test case. 1 List with two text fields. One form contains Title, second form contains Description. The second form is the Master.
In OnNew for SharePointIntegration I do
Set( glbCurrentItem, Defaults('My List')); NewForm( frmMaster )
I set the Item property of frmFirst to glbCurrentItem. I set the Item property for frmMaster to Patch( glbCurrentItem, frmFirst.Updates). Since I am only using 1 screen I do not believe that Patch does anything as it runs to soon.
I tried changing the Items property of frmMaster to just glbCurrentItem and updating glbCurrentItem from the OnChange event, using Patch, for the Title control in frmFirst, but glbCurrentItem is not changed in anyway. I tried just dumping the value of glbCurrentItem.Title to a label and it is blank, no matter how I try and update it.
What am I doing wrong, or will this solution not work in my scenario?

I was going to put the bits in for SharePointIntegration, but it seemed like I was already going past length for a Quick Tip.
The concept is pretty much the same except that you would want to grab (in the OnStart most likely of your app) the SharePointIntegration.Selected record into the glbCurrentRecord (as used in the video). You'll also want to bypass the built-in logic that comes when you create an integrated app for the New function. As mentioned in the video, the New mode of the form is pretty worthless for splitting forms as the real "Newing" happens internal to the EditForm and it does not expose its underlying record (which would be nice).
So, following the same logic of the video, you want just intercept the formulas for new and set your glbCurrentRecord to Defaults of your datasource. It should all then work pretty smoothly.

I finally got this to work. Of course, other issues have come up. Dealing with them one at a time.

how did you get this to work? Did you do what Randy suggested? I have a similar issue. The tutorials online hardly EVER do the SharePoint Integration part.
