Hello Community,

I need a tip from you again. I want to implement a timeline.

I have the following values:

Start: Field B1

End: Field H1

Step: 15 minutes

You want to create a timeline in 15-minute increments. I don't want to create them beforehand via PowerAutomate. This should be generated in PowerApps.

Do you want to create a timeline by using powerapps?
Could you tell me

1)what is your data source?

2)what is your data like? It will be better to show me the data structure, field names, data in fields.

Has these data already existed in your data source: 8:00,8:15,8:30,....12:00?

Based your description, I couldn't figure out what is your original data , what data do you want to generate, and whether you want the timeline display in powerapps or update in your data source?

Please show me more details.

Hello v-yutliu-msft ,

the timeline should be based on opening hours. These should then be generated in 15-minute intervals.

E.g.: Opening hours are Open: 08:00, Close: 12:00 (data come from a SharePoint list)

Now you want to generate a timeline as a table (HTML).

08:00 | 08:15 | 08:30| … | 12:00

This should be a reservation system. Here's what it's supposed to look like later:

die Zeitleiste soll auf den Öffnungszeiten Basieren. Diese sollen dann in 15-minütigen abständen generiert werden.

Bsp.: Öffnungszeiten sind von Open: 08:00, Close: 12:00 Uhr (Daten kommen aus eine SharePoint Liste)

Jetzt soll eine Zeitleiste als Tabelle (HTML) generiert werden.

08:00 | 08:15 | 08:30| … | 12:00

Das soll eine Reservierungssystem werden. So soll es später aussehen:

Do you want to generate a table like "08:00 | 08:15 | 08:30| … | 12:00" by only using data like " Open: 08:00, Close: 12:00" in powerapps?

If so, I'm afraid it's not supported in powerapps now.

Date of " Open: 08:00, Close: 12:00" is too less ,which is not enough to generate a table like "08:00 | 08:15 | 08:30| … | 12:00" in powerapps.

Drawing a table like a timeline is not supported in powerapps neither.

I suggest you use power automate as the alternative solution.

If you want to call this flow in powerapps, you could also use powerapps as the flow's trigger.

Thank you for your comments. Here again a little different formulated:

varOpen = 01.07.2020 08:00
varClose = 01.07.2020 12:00

Now there should be the possibility to insert “while” something like this:

while (varOpen < varClose; {
  Text(DateAdd(varOpen;15; Minutes);DateTimeFormat.ShortTime24);; 
  UpdateContext({varOpen: DateAdd(varOpen;15; Minutes)})
})

Then the output would be:

08:15
08:30
08:45
...

Is there nothing I could use? I would be happy with it if it comes into a collection or something.

Jetzt müsste es die Möglichkeit geben "while" einzufügen ungefähr so:

while (varOpen < varClose; {
  Text(DateAdd(varOpen;15;Minutes);DateTimeFormat.ShortTime24);;
  UpdateContext({varOpen: DateAdd(varOpen;15;Minutes)})
})

Dann wäre die Ausgabe:

08:15
08:30
08:45
...

Gibt es da nichts was ich einsetzten könnte? Ich wäre auch schon damit zufrieden, wenn das in eine Collection kommt oder so.
