Hi Team,

We’re delighted to announce v1.1 of the Power Platform Return to the workplace solution. We’ve heard your feedback and incorporated many of the requirements our customers have been asking for with this release. The new solution will be released on AppSource today. Summary is here but please also see below for more details.

• Enhancements for Location Readiness and Care Management including phase transitions and updates to the leadership and case manager dashboards
• Employee Health and Safety updates including booking a daily pass by floor and area along with arrival time.
• New Location Management app including capability to manage and report on capacity, arrival windows, and integration capabilities for building entry systems.

We have been using version 1.3 for a while now. I just updated to version 1.5 and now the PowerBI reports do not display in the Facility Manager app. All I get is a flashing PowerBi icon in the middle. I can get to the report through PowerBi directly and it works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There has been a recent update to an external data source in the PowerBI dashboards which may lead to the following error. We are working with the data provider to resolve the issue and should have a fix at the earliest. Thank you for your patience!

@diver7 You will need to redeploy the power bi dashboard into the Facility form (entity) process, please follow the video I created on my YouTube channel.

@EdreiMpanduki are you planning on updating the employee Canvas app? please connect with me and send me an email and I can get the development team to send you the location file so you can include on your application.

Please send me the RTW release version that you are using and the type of changes you are planning; this we can send you direction if those are included on a different release or is coming on the next release.

Do you have any recommendations on how to extend this solution to accommodate attestations of negative tests on a weekly basis?  With the Biden administration’s announcement of an upcoming mandate in the United States, we’re curious to see how this solution might work to accommodate the weekly test requirement.  Any insight or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

@narpad or @ved  - I'm attempting to setup the latest version of RTW. Unfortunately, I'm getting stuck setting up the Location Readiness connections to the Dataverse environment. I'm getting an error when it tries to connect to https://externalpartnerstorage01.blob.core.windows.net/covid-19-public/SurveillanceReporting/RTWTemp....

Are you able to provide any recommendations on how to clear this error?
