We’re delighted to announce v1.1 of the Power Platform Return to the workplace solution. We’ve heard your feedback and incorporated many of the requirements our customers have been asking for with this release. The new solution will be released on AppSource today. Summary is here but please also see below for more details.

• Enhancements for Location Readiness and Care Management including phase transitions and updates to the leadership and case manager dashboards
• Employee Health and Safety updates including booking a daily pass by floor and area along with arrival time.

The Leadership dashboard PowerBI report had started giving me this error when it refreshes:

• Data source errorColumn 'Facility Location ID' in Table 'DimLocation' contains a duplicate value '<pii>2a82cac6-cdc2-ea11-a812-000d3a579c6d</pii>' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. Table: DimLocation.

I've looked at all the data in the Powerapps views, but I can't find any duplicates. I'm not much of a PowerBI user, where can I find the DimLocation table?

I solved this one myself, looks like the States can only be U.S. States? I added in states / provinces for other countries in order to import all of our offices (we're in about 70 counties) and the error started appearing after that. Removing the newly added non-US states fixed it.

@wbakker-11 @AbrahamSaldana  are ISO lookups included for non US states/provinces in the sample data?  The ISO lookups are needed to align the external data from WHO, USA Facts and EPI to your building locations. Getting external virus data sets to align to ISO and geo political boundaries is a challenge, especially when going to province or county level. But you should be able to do so for most of Europe.  There's an update coming next week for the Leadership and Facility Safety dashboards to address changes that EPI made in their data.

@birdman @AbrahamSaldana We include all countries with they ISO names. For countries we only include states in the United States, because their is not general way on how to treat states / provinces or regions within countries.

@wbakker-11  Thanks, and I completely understand the challenges here. I was just missing the interdependency between the facility data and the reporting. I think I can achieve what we need using facility groups instead for now. I'll reach out as a country like Brazil would be a useful place to be able to break into states.

Thanks for sharing. Let us know how it goes. We are considering updates to the dashboards to expand the usefulness of the integrated virus data for managing facility reopening. We can always deeper in countries like US where there is more data accessible. And maybe the models for US can be extended by customers for specific countries of interest if they can access good local data.

@birdman It looks like there are some limitations in the navigation in the dashboards? I have 9 areas grouped under North America in the power app facility group hierarchy, but only 3 show up (the others did temporarily on one of the views, but then disappeared). There are also a number of (blank) items in the menu (see screenshot). Ideally we'd be able to build a dashboard with a hierarchy that represents our org, for us that would be something like:

North America

• Southern Region
  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia
  • etc.
• Midwest Region
  • Illinois
  • Ohio
  • etc.

Is that going to be supported?

There are no limits in the Facility Group function. However there are limitations in the Power BI dashboards.  The Power BI dashboards were built on the assumption that user data would conform to three levels in the hierarchy: Facility Group (top level), Facility Sub-Group (a 2nd level facility group), and Facility. For facilities that are listed directly under a top level facility group, Power BI inserts a blank "sub-group" to maintain the same hierarchy depth. So your example below would need to be adjusted to 3 levels.
