HELP: I can no longer see or create any content between Header and Foofter of the Portal/Website. What may be the issue?

Can you check if the same behavior is happening for all the pages? If so, your default studio template might have been corrupted.

I think I have a solution for you.

Press ctrl + f5 together. The portal requires a hard refresh. 

You can also restart the portal from the admin center.

It`s for all pages
The default studio template is blank
Is there any way I can recover?
I have a backup made with xrmtoolbox, but I`m not sure how to grab the info from there and upload it in the portal

To restart the portal: 

1. Go to the admin centre > Portal actions > Restart this portal 

Also, You can manually update the default studio with the following code.

<div id="mainContent" class = "wrapper-body" role="main">
    {% include 'Page Copy' %}
</div>

 If it is not solved I would recommend you raise a support ticket with Microsoft.
