Arranging files in two folders

Hi.

I have a task in power automate online and need your suggestions on how to do it. The filanl aim is to extract some information from, the pdf files. I have some contract files each in a folder, that the user will copy them into a folder in one drive business. There are two cases for the folder: whether they are placed in a folder named "temporary" or a folder named "contracts" in a different location. There are two scenarios that the new contract files will be behaved. The user will copy them into the temporary folder or the contracts folder. Senario one is: If they are copied into the temporary folder, the flow must extract the contract field and copy the file into the contracts folder, and place it in the corresponding folder according to the contract files (if there is folder for this field, then it will place it in a new folder with the same name as the filename into the related feld folder, otherwise a new folder must be created for the contract field and then copy the file into itin a newfolder with the same name as the filename, and then the flow automatically will extract info from newly added file/files. Scenario two is: if the contract file is placed in the contracts folder directly (not the temporaty folder this time), then it must copy it into the corresponding folder according to the contract field and then extract info from it. This is somehow arrangment the contract files and folders.

I believe if you are wanting to perform actions based on the contents of the PDF you will need to have purchased AI builder credits as part of your power automate license. If you have that then you'll be good to go. I think you'll have to create two distinct flows, one for each folder. You could have two listening flows that each call a third flow that contains all the required steps
