I have a form in SharePoint for several selected users to fill out, but I want them to be notified based on the administrator's set time in PowerApps.

Is the form being filled in the PowerApp or in the SharePoint list itself?

I think if you have a column that keeps track of the administrator's time you could use that as a parameter in your Flow.

So something like Condition: AdminSetTime is equal to utcnow() then send a notification to the people (that if you keep track of the people who filled in a form).

So I think it is possible with the little information you gave.

Well you will have to add a condition:

On the left hand side you can pick your newly created column that holds the info of the Administrator set time and if it matches with today you can sent your notification.

So, I have an Administrator who will determine the time that the notification is sent to the user who has not yet completed the form.

For example:

He sends the link to the user to fill in the form and after he sends the status field it is modified, and if it is not modified before, he is constantly sent notification to the user reminding him to fill out the form.

The Administrator simply selects a time to notify the user, that is, he wants the user to be notified every 2 days, or 3, or a week, or 3 hours or 12 hours, understand, would it be possible to do this?

It is possible yes.

Your Flow is running everytime the item changes.

And there is a check on that date.

Yes, but I want to set a time for the user to be notified how to determine the Administrator, not whenever the item is modified

The user will only get notified when the date column is equal to today.

Otherwise you will have to work with recurrence or add a delay in your Flow (can only take up 29 days).

And then get all the items and check if the date columns is equal to today and send the notification.

Or you could work with Trigger conditions instead so when the date picked by the admin is equal to today sent the notification.

So it would be something like this @equals(<SharePointColumnName>, utcnow('yyyy-MM-dd'))
