Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
The Subject of the meeting is pulled from the Custom Label field. If it is blank then the meeting will be blank. I also adjusted mine to add "Shifts:" to the meeting name so i could easily see what is being pulled over and add a custom format to all those meetings to color differently
Is this the setting within teams itself?
the custom label is in Shifts as you build out a shift.
The Label as the Power Automate creates an Outlook Calendar event is in the power automate process
Thanks for a nice automate Zip.
I'm having some problems with the output, in the "List all shifts" the RAW output shows up empty, i've checked both the Team Id it finds an the Calender output an everything is correct, but for some reason it doesnt find any shifts an the hole flow runs perfectly, so i'm not sure if im missing something.
Hi,
I've been trying to set this up, followed the instructions and also checked previous pages for possible solutions.
The "List all shifts" seems to no be working, has anyone managed to fix it?
I've added the correct CalendarID and TeamsID and when the flow gets to the "list all shifts" the output is empty.
Thanks
@ Dacio 365,
I have almost the same problem. In the 'List all Shifts' I get an error which says that either the team doen;t exists (although the GUID of the team is correct) or I have no permissions (but I am the owner of the team).
As you also did I entered the CalendarID and the TeamID.
Am I doing something wrong or can someon help me out, please?
