No problem.
First select the form and then click on Fields in the property pane on the right. After you found the field you wish to change, under Control type, select Allowed values:
Please ignore the identifiers in the above screenshot since they do not relate to the Power Up challenge.
After you made the change, unlock the DataCard by selecting it, going to the Advanced tab in the properties pane and selecting Unlock to change properties:
When you have unlocked the DataCard, select the dropdown control inside it and set its' Items property to the name of you Animals table. Under the Advanced tab in the properties pane you may have to set the Value property (under Items) to display the Animal Name column.
Now you have ended up with a field in your form where you can select an animal from all of the available animals in the Animals table.

If you registered for community using your learnwithpowerup account, you will not receive an email, but should be able to sign in successfully if you are signed in to My hub. The Power Up Program is a free upskilling program where nontechnical people can learn the fundamentals of Microsoft Power Platform.
