Hi,
I'm doing a flow to send email notification based on response from Microsoft form.
The flow completed successfully but email not received.
I tried run both send an email notification (V3) & send me an email notification concurrently.
I can receive the mail from 'send me an email notification' but not from 'send an email notification (V3)'.

Hi @Sunny_How ,
First try adding a new Mail connection, then re-run Flow and see if you can receive notification.
Second, you can check whether there are any policies in the organization that prevent you from receiving messages from microsoft@powerapps.com. You can also check whether there are notifications in the junk folder.
Third, you can try to subscribe to the notification through the following form:
Best Regards,
Hello, I have in use "send email notification V3". I share with you a picture of the configuration details.
I hope it helps

Hi All,
Thanks a lot for the help.
Just found out all the mail went into my spam mail as the company IT auto segregate the mail as spam mail.
I had managed to get our company IT to resolve the issue.
Thanks
Hi there,
I'm using the Email notification(V3) in several flows which were working fine until yesterday. Looking at each flows run it shows that it was successful and that the notification was sent but the emails are not coming through. I've tried the solutions provided previously in this thread ( added a new connection, used the link to subscribe to the PowerApps and Flows mailing list). Also, I can receive other types of emails via Power Automate.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? - any advice?
Hi,
I do have the same problem now; flow was sending emails until yesterday and stopped working from today
Hi Naseef,
The V3 is working but it was sometime blocked by the IT email spam control.
Thus, some people might not be able to receive it unless they set the email from PowerApps as white list.
The other approach which I had taken is created an separate email address and used it to send notification using V2.
Hi @Sunny_How - I had IT check in case it was blocked by them, but that was not the case. V3 is still not working for us. I'm hoping that adding V2 emails to the flows will be my last resort.
Hi, I'm also experiencing the same issue until now
I am seeing this exact same issue intermittently. I have direct access to our spam software so I can see that no email from microsoft@powerapps.com in the cases where the email alerts are missing. This happened week before last all day on friday but then Monday the alerts were delivered normally, now I am getting off and on reports of the notifications v3 not working again. We have about a dozen flows using V3 notifications and they are all randomly not sending the alert but no error in the run history. Many of these flows have been working for over a year and now suddenly they do not. It seems to me there is an issue microsoft is having with sending these notification. Originally I assumed it was some sort of an outage that was resolved but its been randomly happening off and on for the past two week. Let me know if anyone comes up with a solution.
I got a report in today that a flow a user setup ages ago had stopped working at the end of last week, and then realised one of mine had too. The flow log was showing success but no emails were coming out. Another flow I had was working fine - but that was set to use Send an email (V2) amongst the Office 365 Outlook stuff. So I changed my affected flow to use V2 and it sprang straight into life.
Hi Elena, Is it the V3 that's working for you or V2 ?
I'm still struggling with the V3....
Thank you
