Power Automate Gateaway Timout Error 504

Dear Users, I have a problem with Gateway Timeout Error. 

I am quite new to Power Automate. I created a flow in Power Automate to copy table content (as values) from one Excel (from a sharepoint online site) to another Excel that is in the same folder. (My file from which I copy data has 21.9 MB). The flow is quite simple, there is a scheduled time trigger and two scripts that I wrote in Office Scripts. The flow is as follows:

The error that I keep getting when flow tries to run the first script is:

I am not sure why this error appears. When I run the code either in the Excel App or Excel Online it works fine (I just change return line to console.log). I thought it might be the issue with a size of a table (it is around 3100 rows and 44 columns). However when I run the code on the other file which I prepared by making a copy of the sheets from the file which causes an error, it succeeds. I was even making the new file bigger by doubling some sheets but it still works fine. I was trying by making the copies of the file (it allows me to make a copy of the file, save it under another folder) however it always gives me the same result. I was also trying to make a simpler version of the code, where I took only a few cells and it didn't succeed either. Unfortunately this is the file from my Client, so I am not able to delete or make any changes to the content within the workbook. 

Additionally, I was trying to change in the Timeout:

but it doesn't help. Worth mentioning that the script makes some retries (first after around 2 minutes).

Instead of using that script have you considered making the Graph API call to add rows to an Excel table directly?
